Journey Baptist started working with the local homeless shelter in November as our community outreach mission program. The care packages included hygiene items. We are hoping to continue to provide these packages for the homeless shelter in the future. We always graciously accept donations of items listed below or monetary donations. If you would like to provide a monetary donation, please mark community outreach on the memo line and we will be certain that your donation goes straight to the outreach ministry. We will also make sure you will receive a donation receipt at the end of the tax year. If you have any questions or require more inforation, please private message. The list of items needed are toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, new washcloths, chapstick, deoderant, shampoo, individual packs of tissues, q-tips, comb, brush, and hand sanitizer. There are men and women at the shelter, so shampoo and deoderant gender appropriate are appreciated. A Bible, salvation tract, and church pen are included as well.
